What’s the difference between your event planning and day-of coordination?

Planning covers the entire process — vendor sourcing, timelines, setup details, and design vision. Day-of coordination means I step in once everything’s planned to make sure it runs smoothly, so you can actually enjoy your event. This includes clean up afterwards, filling drinks, wiping up spills, and every other tiny thing you stress over during an average event.

Do you help me find vendors?

Yes — I have a curated list of trusted local vendors (florists, photographers, rentals, charcuterie, signage, etc.) who I work with regularly.

Do I need to provide anything for setup?

Just a clear space and access to power if you’re indoors. For outdoor installs, I’ll advise on anchor points and weather precautions.

Do you remove the balloons afterwards?

Takedown can be added for an extra fee. Otherwise, you’re welcome to pop and dispose of the balloons at your convenience.

How do I book?

Fill out the contact form or send a message with your event date, location, and colors. Once I confirm availability, I’ll send a proposal and invoice. A deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend a minimum of 4 weeks for balloons only. If you’re looking for a busier time (think graduation season!), 8 weeks will give you a much higher chance of ensuring we have the availability for you! Your date is not reserved until your deposit amount is paid and your contract is signed.

Do you offer delivery or set-up?

Yes! Delivery and installation are available across the northwest metro and surrounding areas. Fees vary by distance and event size.

Can you match my theme or color palette?

Absolutely. I can color-match to invitations, signage, or décor photos — and I often blend multiple balloon brands to get the perfect shade.

What’s a grab & go garland?

Pre-assembled balloon garlands that you pick up and hang yourself — perfect for birthdays, showers, or holiday parties on a budget.

Can you add signage, stands, or decor other than balloons?

Yes! I offer custom signage, backdrop rentals, shimmer walls, and vendor coordination for full setups.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations after deposit are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to accommodate reschedules depending on availability.
